"I am a native from Tahlequah, Oklahoma. I graduated in 1989 from Tahlequah High School. I received my B.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Oklahoma State University in 1993. In 1995 I received a Master's of Education in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. I served as a Speech-Language Pathologist for seven years with McKinney ISD. I have been a SLP for five years with Fannin County special Ed. SSA. I am a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. I am currently serving Trenton ISD and Ector ISD for Speech-Language Services."

Why did you get into Speech-Language Therapy?

"I wanted to be a SLP to remediate & enhance children's speech-language skills. I wanted to help them speak and communicate better with others."

Expectations and rules for your students:

"My expectations for the students are to show respect, be kind to one another and do their best! The children in speech are expected to know their rules for their articulation sound and to do their best to apply them in their speech."
